President Trump: “We Are Not Going Into Syria”
It was a sight we thought we’d never see.
Corporate media outlets were praising President Trump for his missile strike against a Syrian air force base last week.
It was perhaps the one instance in which they actually said something positive about Trump.
Establishment republican and democrat politicians were also thrilled at the prospect that the US would be escalating further and sending troops to Syria for regime change.
But now their hopes for war have been dashed. Trump has confirmed that he will not be sending US troops to Syria.
Rex Tillerson also confirmed that the missile strike was a peripheral action and was not intended to signal any escalation of war against Syria.
It comes as good news to most Americans, but it has angered much of the pro-war left.
President Trump himself confirmed the news:
Instead, Trump is focusing on North Korea.
North Korea, unlike Syria, actually does by all reasonable accounts pose a problem not just for the US but for most of the world.
If North Korea were to detonate an EMP above the US, it could wreak havoc worldwide given deeply entrenched economic interrelations.
Trump met with the China’s Xi Jinping and the two came to an agreement regarding appropriate actions that would be taken to prevent a North Korean attack.
James Mattis has also confirmed that the US will not be entering Syria for a globalist regime change, and that the priority is to eliminate ISIS.
When pressed on what would be done about Russia, he said the situation will not be spiraling out of control, and suggested that neither Russia nor the US wants war.
Reporters who work for corporate fake news outlets were noticeably upset during the Q and A.
Indeed, many corporate fake news outlets are still hyping up a war and scaring Americans into believing that Putin is inherently diabolical.
By consuming corporate fake news from CNN, the Washington Post, or the New York Times, you might be literally subjecting your mind to deep state propaganda intended to keep you in a state of fear and hysteria.
For only in such a state are you controllable.
It might be a good idea to block such sites and flag them as inappropriate whenever you get the chance. At the very least, treat what they say with caution.
